Tenurey BSM was formed in 2016 as an associate company of Tenurey Bespoke Advisory and Birkett Stewart McHendrie Corporate Finance. Both parties realised the opportunity to combine the skills and networks of a property focused merchant banking team with a team of highly experienced property professionals.
Tenurey BSM provides a full scope of corporate finance and property specific services including inter alia: M&A advisory, due diligence investigations, asset and development management, disposals, capital raising and IPOs.
